I fish from shore and I'm considering buying an iBobber. Anyone have any experience with one?

Hey Brian, several people were talking about them, maybe 2 weeks ago. Search previous posts for fishfinder titles, it will probably be mixed in there.
I have 1 and it works great!
I have a Lowrance 3-D it works really well and has a ton of cool features. I think it’s a little less expensive than the Ibobber and very similar.

I have the Lowrance 3D also . I use it all the time, it’s pretty handy to have.

I have one. It works OK - showing depth & fish activity. I was hoping to use it in the shallows from my kayak but I think that it needs 6 or 7 fy of water to work properly.
But I find it’s main problem is that it uses your phone display. If you let the phone display sleep then it’s a pain to have to turn the app back on when you want to see. If you leave your display on and bright enough to see in the sun then it runs your phone battery down. Maybe my phone battery wasnt that strong any more when I was using it ☹️
