Hey fellas, how's it going? Well I hope..
Thank God its Friday, the week is in the dirt.. time for date night!! The wife and I go to Lucky's steak house and bowling every friday night now, we've been doing this for about 6 or 7 weeks and its been a good break. A breath of fresh air for sure.

I could share hers. Just a good sere on each side and I'm good to go. Most places I go I have to tell the server - tell the chef I want it rare, and I really do mean rare. Otherwise I don't think they believe you, and they overcook it. Steak for me was not a treat when I was a kid - my dad would not eat a piece of meat that had the least amount of juice left in it, and that's how he fixed em or expected my mom to if she was grilling.

We raised our own beef, hogs and lambs and took em to a slaughter house to have them butchered. We always ate pretty well, and I would supplement that with the occasional squirrel or cottontail. We grew our own vegetables and my ma put up canned and frozen veggies and fruit and preserves. So it wasn't for lack of a good product. It just had to be COOKED.
