Gulf fishing out of Wiggins Pas

Went out with my buddy Todd on the 28th. Short jaunt out to the 3 mile rubble piles. Weather was predicting 23 mph winds but it was out of the east so seas were a manageable 2.5. Early action was promising with Spanish mackerel, but then a cuda showed up and the bite just turned off. We move to a couple of other sites with no success. Did keep one decent sized Spanish though. Lunch!
