Didn't he ride a bull instead of a horse?

1 funny moment after another.
Animal House if it was not included on the list.

Yep. I could never slurp jello like that without choking... Hahahaha
Not a fan of Jerry Lewis or Mel Brooks movies, a lot of you already know that. My idea of a funny movie is Pulp Fiction. Or Dr. Strangelove. I've never watched an entire Mel Brooks movie.

That’s too bad…
You should check out Young Frankenstein, for sure. Not sure Blazing Saddles is up your alley.
Have you ever seen “A million ways to die in the west”?

Yep. I've seen bits and pieces of all those movies, and they certainly have their moments, but a whole hour and a half or so? A little over the top for me. I was never a fan of the stooges either. I prefer my humor a little more subtle. Ain't nothin subtle about that campfire scene in BS. But I will admit it is classic. As Good As It Gets - that's more my style. I can watch Nicholson for days and days. Ever see Wanderlust? Or the original Bedazzled with Dudley Moore? Highly recommended. By Spirit. For what it's worth. Or Dr. Strangelove. Now that's funny.

Several years ago, I was walking past a clearance bin of DVD's.. Lying right on top was the original un-edited version of Blazing Saddles. It went home with me. Awesome movie. I don't care if your Black, White, Asian... Its funny stuff!!
The movie itself was hilarious - the ending, not so much ! Personally, I thought Mel went somewhat 'over
the edge' with that ending - I thought
it was asinine ! That said, I love his movies - they are some of the
funniest satires I've seen, especially movies like "History of the World -
Part I", "Young Frankenstein", and "Spaceballs", which (to me) were
real side-splitters !
