This is my first post. Blessed to be born and raised in southern West Virginia, in particular 5 minutes from the New River and Gauley River recreational areas and thirty minutes from the Greenbrier River. Caught this nice one shore fishing the New River at Fayette Station.
If anyone would ever like to swap stories or honey holes, I’m open for conversation.
Good luck, good fishing.
These last three were today on the Gauley River at Summersville, WV

Do you fish Somerville lake for walleye. I haven't fished it, wondering if it would be worth the trip. Know people in Princeton. Keep fishing.

Summersville is great for Walleye, fishing it forty years now. I’m mostly bass, but every now and then I’ll hook a nice walleye
Welcome to FS Dave. I am from the northern panhandle . Tho most of my fishing is done on The lakes of eastern Ohio . I am 80 miles north of Parkersburg -Where WV Mike is from.
