Anyone fishing in Wyoming ?
I live in Cheyenne and fish all over central and eastern Wyoming.
Fishing in June in the Big Horns. I believe around the deer haven / ten sleep Area. What is the weather like. I live in Florida but have great Winter gear.Do I need to bring it? Any suggestions on what flies to use or should I just check with the locals? Thanks in advance for your reply.
First, bring a raincoat! Almost every day there is a shower or two. Bring enough clothes (jacket, sweatshirt, hoodie, etc.) to layer up in case of a cold front passing through. Lastly, go online and look for a fly shop in Ten Sleep, WY or Buffalo, WY. Contact them just before you head this way for information about what flies to bring.

Thanks for all the info. Almost forgot about the rain gear. I live in Florida and it rains a lot but it’s warm. Wyoming not so much. I will pack my gortex rain gear and some under armor. Tight Lines my friend. Stay safe.
