Life is not a rehearsal. Go out and live this day as if you had no cares.

The past is over and gone and The future is not guaranteed.

When you part someones company consider saying see you later.

Goodbye sounds so final.

I love these daily reminders of how to be a better person. We all need all the help we can get.

Here's a cure for depression, loneliness, sadness, frustration, negativity and anger that no psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist will ever tell you about(and it isn't a pill), --- help someone else who needs it, volunteer, help a friend or neighbor. You would be amazed how well it works.

That is sooo true, Greg. Following your advice has always helped me far more than the Cymbalta I take every day.
Thanks for the reminder.

Don't get me wrong. I know(drug training and interaction is part of my training), that anti-depressants help millions of people everyday. No one should arbitrarily give them up without consulting a their doctor. I just know what worked for me and what others have told me.

I keep thinking I should remember to take Ginkgo Biloba or bologna but probably will never remember to take it until I start.

Hey Plum this one hit home. My sisters husband died in October. He was 63. He was sick a long time but when the time came it was a wake up.
