First trip to McSwain

Found out I was going to have the day off tomorrow Made a spur of the moment decision to drive up to McSwain got here about an hour ago got my tent up going to crall in the sleeping bag and get up at 4:30 and try to find their brush pile FYI they just stock it today with 1800lb of lightning trout hopefully have pictures and post tomorrow with luck

This place is great off the hook fishing four beautiful lightning trout in an hour and a half biggest one possibly two and a half pounds

Well guys what an epic morning at Lake McSwain had a limit by 10:30 for nice lightning trout and one rainbow one of the lightnings pushing close to 3 pounds I expect now it's at three and a half hour drive home to the smoker
