Welcome to the Forum, Smokey, whatever your target, good luck.
Welcome Smokey, lots of knowledge here, just let the experts know what you are after. Good luck when you get out!
Got my license for trout, bass, and musky. In the Pittsburgh area. And both going to a stream this weekend.

Trout:
if not in a fly only area, use Mepps spinners, panther Martin spinners, rooster tail spinners all are good in size #’s 1,2,3 for small to 20 inch fish. (They also work for other species). Also can use wax worms, meal worms, minnows. Salmon eggs on salmon egg hooks. Berkeley power bait. Use light or ultra light tackle.
Bass:
Live minnows or shiners hooked through both lips fished below a bobber to control depth and keep them out of the mud. Also they can’t swim away or elude the bass as easy. Spinner baits, plastic worms, swim shads, jitterbug, Zara spook, crank baits, jerk baits. Light to med tackle.
Musky:
Larger lures. Swim shads, Rapalas , spinner baits, spoons. Medium to medium heavy tackle.
