Very cool. How far is it from "The Freezer" to where you were catching those trout? Whenever I go down by Tamp, I make a point of going to The Freezer for a beer and a pile of shrimp. Very nice area. Better now that I know you can get trout like that nearby.

JS, I can see the "Freezer" from my back deck. It's about a 3-4 mile boat ride to the mouth of the river. Find yourself an oyster bar near the grass flats and start casting. So much water, so little time! Be careful, it gets shallow in spots!

That's amazing! From your back deck...who knew? Next time I get down that way, I could send you a note, and maybe we could have a beer and a big pile of shrimp before we go out to the bay and slam a bunch of trout.
