Finally got my bud his PB

Been on a pretty good run the last three trips with my bud Rick. Been trying for three years to get him a new PB, and got it today. A very nice 5.27lb. Bled a little, but was able to save it and let it live to grow a little more. I also had a very good morning. I actually topped 17.5lb for my five best. My biggest was 5.23lb. FYI, think my elbow is bent on all..........

You would think they would, but have not seen any bed fish as yet. However, the reeds have been so good that I have not spent much time in the normal bedding areas of this lake. Water temp was up to 67 today, so can't be long.

Most of the places we have any reed patches are on very shallow banks. There's few fish there, and it's very tough to fish. Yeah I would have thought at that temperature ,they would be starting by now. Again,nice job,and congratulations to your buddy.
