Seriously it’s almost 6am and nobody’s said good morning? 😃☀️🌞
79 and sunny with a light breeze. I’ve gone to heaven.
Drove up to Huntsville yesterday and got a nice lawnmower. Got home and Lynny says well go mow the lawn. I said it’s Sunday morning and we’re in the Bible Belt so I’m not sure if it’s ok. Well about 15 minutes later the neighbor starts mowing his lawn so I go out and do mine and then the guy next to me does his and then the couple across the street does there’s and so on. I think the whole street was done by sundown.
After that I installed a pull out garbage can in one of the kitchen cabinets and then cut 4 holes in the living room ceiling and installed can lights which required going into the attic to run the wiring. Nice tall attic so I could actually stand up and it wasn’t hot which really surprised me. Lynny painted all day. Living room looks really nice now with new paint and good lighting.
Today we’re building a ramp so the dogs can get to the back yard more easily. The steps are a little hard for a mini dachshund.
Stay safe y’all and tight lines.

Good Mornin'. FD. I haven't mowed up here yet, but soon will. I hate to start because as soon as I start, I have to mow every three days in the Spring.
Have a good one!

You only missed it by 31 days, close enough.
Morning. Sounds like a well spent day. My wife's been at my daughter's house patching holes in walls for the new owners next week. Already painted the new house, well partly anyway. Have a great day FD.

I’m hoping that it’s only going to be once a week here since our front yard is so steep that I don’t think Lynny can do it so now it’s my job. She’s sad because she always enjoyed mowing the lawn.
Mornin all,
50 now...low 60s possible. The neighbor behind me mowed yesterday, so that inspired me to charge the battery and watch the Masters. Not really, was going to watch it, anyway. And so it starts, the lawn is starting to look like it needs it, so perhaps after work today...then the twice a week ritual will commence 🤦🏼♂️
Have a great day all!

Mornin’ Fly,
Not sure about you, but I am choosing to ignore that blue shaded swirl over Bismarck on the radar. Hoping for the jet stream to keep it Up North where it belongs.
good morning everyone 50 degrees with a high in the mid-60s and a chance of rain. Everyone stay safe out there

No problem figured you were California time.
Glad to see you aren't a slacker, cutting grass and playing electrician all in one day. What's today's chores?

What do you think of Huntsville? I grew up there and can remember when the population was around 20,000. long way from that now. Read somewhere Huntsville is the fastest growing city in the country now. About time to sell my house there and leave that madness behind completely.

Moving the ceiling box for the dining room light. It’s in the wrong place for Lynnys liking. Hanging a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Making a ramp for the dogs. Etc etc. What are you doing today?
