Couple of rainbows today

Well I didn’t get into any steelhead last week but the rainbows on the Missouri river were on the bite. First two pics pretty sure my PB on trout, especially on a fly rod. Third pic probably my second best. Bigger than any I got last year and I’m sure had a PB last year. Quite the tussle even on my 8wt. Hooked a couple others, one broke me off. What a good time!

Nice fish buddy. Catch some for me. Looks like I’m down for two-three more weeks maybe longer if they do another surgery. Enjoy that beautiful country up there.

Thanks guys. The weather has been blowin’ and cold last few days. Maybe get out again tomorrow, in between the winter like weather.
