GA mtn trout

I'm 72 & looking for a spot where I can sit in my lawn chair by a mtn lake & catch trout using power bait. Any ideas ?

Good Morning Tater, and you have an open invitation any morning to come and sit on my dock on Lake Lanier. Park in the driveway, it's about a 300 foot hike to the dock, ignore the sailboat with all the rod holders, and use the adirondack chair. I can assure you that you won't catch a damn thing, but the sunrises are awesome.

GA apparently like to make you work. Only a couple of lakes listed here. You can always cross into NS and catch all you want out of one of the Kiddie pay lakes for $6-$8.50/lb. I got skunked pretty good for eaters walking the Nantahala River, so I stopped at one on the way home and 10 mintues and $75 later and I had 5 nice fat 2lber's in my cooler. Sad but true story! They ate good though...
