So I would like to fish from my intex explorer g2. Does anybody know of a rod holder for that without to much change to it?

I have one , but don't use it to fish from. Not sure if you can get an efficient MOUNTING on that boat. You might try attaching a pvc pipe tube or an actual rod holder to a cooler or crate that you can secure. Certainly can't mount a rail, but you might be able to concoct a cross-piece similar to some motor mount attachments. Sorry I forget who posted it, but there was a Sea Eagle inflatable kayak that accommodated downriggers on each side, so it is doable in some fashion. Just need to determine how much of an additional apparatus you wish to have in/on(attached to) the boat with you. Might be able to bungee something (cross piece) to the d-rings on each side.
