Mornin' Gt and everyone.
A Happy Easter to you all.
Yesterday a buddy and I went fishing. Had a good time, after I was able to get the motor started. It seems that the kill switch decided to take a crap, so, the motor would fire. It took me a while to figure that out and to bypass it, so we could at least get it to run. Once we got up to the "Honey Hole" we had a lot of company, as I said yesterday, it would be bumper boats on the weekend. I did catch a short walleye, my buddy never got a bite, so, he said, but his mind wanders when he fishing. I think it is the pretty girls that he has been with in years past. He never did find one that he wanted to keep.
Anyway, here is my second attempt to post some pictures this morning.

Sorry guys, we got Easter company just as I was finishing up posting the pictures and didn't have a chance to check things out before I sent them. That "Float" in the background is privately owned and the owner is in the pontoon taking people back and forth from the boat dock. Before cell phones, they used the flag system. You would raise a flag if you wanted to come back or go out. It was really crowded last Sat., people were fishing over other people's shoulders. And of course, a few fights break out, and a few rods get broken. It's fun just to sit back and watch them to see how things progress or regress. Most of the people come up from Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, or down from the Cities. I only fished off of it once, and that was a Private Party Fishing Contest. It was fun and not very expensive, We were the only people on it, and it was after work on a weekday. Not a bad deal like that. But, it does take a lot of beer.😁😁😁
