Palomar terminal and Alberto knot for line to line cause it’s skinnier than uni to uni, tie most of my bait hooks with egg loop in case I need help keeping bait on

Lite line 7 turn clinch or uni ! Mono to leader no name knot or reverse Albright . Plugs etc uni loop .
Big game snell or Palomar . Line to leader bimini loop to offshore swivel crimp leader
Real big game HC spliced and crimp where needed ,
Lotsa choices I use based on how easy to re rig and overall performance!

Palomar for terminal knot in braid. Alberto knot braid to leader & for fly line to leader. Orvis knot mono or fluoro to fly or lure.

palamor is not bad for hook eyes but it is agravating for slipping the loop over multible treble hooks
the uniknot works on every application and is very strong

My buddy’s laugh right up to the time i out jig them. An old timer taught me when I was a kid (67 now) the best knot for jig fishing is the Bow Line Knot. I use it on 5/8 to 16 oz jigs. Also use it for making rigs for big fish. Sharks, Tarpon, Kings, Cobia, etc.. I primarily fish jigs.
