Talked to the people who own the lodge where we go every year about 2 weeks ago. They are talking about opening the border May 1st, but is just talk so far. If they do open border they are going to require negative Covid test within the last 72 hours to cross, also there will be quick test at the border as well. Now this is all being discussed at this time and I am sure is subject to change. Our trip is scheduled for July so as I hear anything will post.

The border is still closed until April 21. It is has been extended each month a month at a time since last March. We were not able to go last year and our deposit has been held over to this year. But it remains to be seen if we are able to go this year. As i understand it is Canada not the USA that is the hold up

New major breakout according to Canada news yesterday. Some of the country is going back to complete hunker down status. Lets hope for the best.

Saw a report that right now any one coming into Canada has to mandatory quarantine for two weeks in a government monitored facility.
