I heard a comedian make this comment. I think he was probably 100% correct.

I agree agree with you, this can be tough. Are you associated with the plumbing trade, sounds as though you are. I dealt with the public for more than 60 years in a variety of circumstances. I believe I have quite a grip on these thoughts.
