Come 1 July I'll celebrate 17 years of retirement. Hope yours is as good as mine has been.

55* this morning and going to 65 with a little more rain. Up into the 70s tomorrow, going to make that a striper day. Missed another good boat yesterday. Posted on FB, 2 hours later it was sold. Guess I gotta keep trying. Everyone have a great day

Oh forgot to mention you will find yourself asking: what did you say? Not because of the mouth full of chew but it's a whole different mumbling lingo in the south. I think tri or quad lingual is going on down south.

Thanks FT. I can’t wrap my head around the idea of nothing to do except going fishing and traveling for the foreseeable future let alone 17 years. Lol.
Sorry about you missing the boat. Pun intended. You’ll find the right one. Hang in there.

Oh you will get very used to it FD. Other then tornado and hurricane watch, enjoying what you worked for all your life is a full time job.

In regards to big winds, keeping a full pantry was # 1 priority for us while there. The locals seem to wait a day before a storm to stock up. Get yourself a frezzer as soon as you get there.

I have a friend that is moving that way in about 2 years and is looking into dome shaped houses. Have you heard anything about them being built down there?
