Oh!!! I forgot to mention that I had a roofing contractor come over and check out my roof and he wrote up an inspection paper for the building inspector that stated that the roof looked fine and shouldn’t leak so the building inspector went ahead and finaled the permit. Yeah!! Now we’re just waiting for the appraisal report for the lender to fund the buyer and we should be able to close before the end of the month.
I could be bass fishing in April. Not that I know much about bass fishing but I have a bunch of friends that will help me learn. You guys will help me, won’t cha?🤪

You think? I guess what I did was unconventional and it wasn’t in his playbook so he wanted someone else to ok it first so he wouldn’t be holding the bag.

Big brother is watching. I’ve noticed the same thing a lot of times that whatever we’re talking about a short time later the ads pop up that are directly related to our post.

Yep. There’s another ad for a roofing contractor right between my last post and yours. They use algorithms to look for key words and then insert the ads.
