What are some good bass fishing lures that are good to use during the spring?
When the water is clear to about 2 1/2 ft. and the wind calm, the "wopper plopper" is very good. Use a color that matches the natural forage. The "chatter bait" ( suggest 3/8 oz. ) is also good in clear water. In the flats ( less than 18" of water ) a jig is good. A plastic lizard ( Texas rigged ) is good in the flats and over nest areas during spawn. Good luck!
