Mornin' Guys and Gals, 3/5/2021😁😁😁😁

Mornin' everyone, I said "Good Mornin" to the G Man earlier, he is special.

25* now, 47* later, It was a good day yesterday, I was able to figure out why I was unable to buy my fishing lisc. online. It seems that for some reason, the front office had the last 4 of my social incorrect. They had a 4 where a 3 was supposed to be. Why that just showed up now is beyond me. I have never had any problems before getting whatever I needed.

Our realtor sold some more land that he has had listed for over 5 years. We haven't closed on it yet, but the realtor says that it is a sure deal. He had an offer on it before, that we accepted, after being on the market for 5 years, one will take any offer that is somewhat reasonable. This new guy, a local fellow, came up out of the blue, sat down at the realtor's office, and signed the papers for what we were asking for it. The realtor never showed it to him, or anything like that. It is 37 acres, with a building site, and a very good trout stream flowing through it. No well, no septic system, and no roads leading to it. Nothing but dirt, water, and an easement. Five years ago we tried to sell it, 96 acres, as one unit, at a whore house price. It didn't fly, so, the realtor broke it up into 6 parcels and is selling them individually. With this one, he will have 4 of them sold. The two best ones are yet to go, of course, they are a little more money too.

Have a good one!

Thanks, guys, and gals, for the congrats on the sale of the land, but I don't know if it's a good deal or not. Is a guy better off with the land or the money? At my age, I guess it would be the money. My thoughts anyway.

Morning Flyguy and Greg (if you’re reading this) πŸ˜€ and all y’all.
53 and raining 🌧
Congrats on the fishing license and the property sale.
Well inspection is today.
Passed the septic inspection and waiting to hear back from the roof inspection.
Making a dump run later today.
We have to anchor the mobile home to the ground before the lender will ok a loan for the buyer. There are several different methods so I’m stopping by the building department to get a brochure that shows which one they approve.
The anchors should have already been installed but apparently our inspector and lender missed it when we bought the house and now we’re responsible. Sucks.
Stay safe y’all and tight lines.
