Starting to lose our ice

We did have 8 or 9 inches of ice but
it’s starting to warm up and we’re down to 5 or 6 inches.
After a strong start to the ice fishing season, it was a slow February with not many big bass.
Last weekend we caught these two but think that we’ll only have one more week and weekend to ice fish.
At this point, the sooner we can get the boat and rods in the water, the better. We’d got lots of new tackle purchases to get wet 👍

Nice catch RedA, ours is thinning out as well, not that I care. Gave up hardwater fishing,when I gave up drinking. I'm ready for soft water and pre-spawn! Tight Lines!

Makes perfect sense Fred. Liquid Courage when one needs to be Courageous and Brave. Fish look like fun but be careful on the Ice.

Little chancy still has safe ice not sure about big lots of flags nothing of particular size my son got one nice one
