I think having a will is so necessary nowadays. Not only a will but my wife and I have made a formal agreement signed by both of us. She has children from a previous marriage which I raised and I have children so our agreement covers equitable passing of the estate, but who can really know, someone new comes along and perhaps our agreement is forgotten or amended.
