On May 21, 2020 I posted about the rage crawls. I didn't do well on Large mouth with them. White and yellow perch did pretty well and blue gill only liked the blue and black ones. With that said .... I did very well on smallmouth last year in rocky shallow areas on the Susquehanna River. Every trip I would start out with other things and end up with them. One trip nobody was getting bites so my friend and I used these and we were catching large amounts of fish qhile no one else was. They seemed to work better when the water was colder. During the summer I didn't do all that great with them.
In my opinion they held up ok. They are soft so carry some super glue if you are going to use them. They are on the expensive side like $5-6 dollars . are they worth it ?? Well I guess I would say id buy them again at a much lower price if available.
In conclusion there are other baits that do well or better in other circumstances. They do catch fish. But the price isn't worth it. I went thru a total of 6 packs in a year . 3 of each color.
Remember this is my opinion and other people could do well with them. I probably won't buy them again but you never know.
I am a little confused(go figure).
Are you commenting on the Rage Craw or the Rabid Craw baits (pictured)?

I'm with you, I've never used the Rabid Craw but have done very well on the Rage craw. I use the 3 in. rage for a jig trailer and the 4" fished Texas style or Neko rigged.

Thanks for the review Rob, but I too am confused. I presume you mean the Rabid Craws.
Coincidentally I just picked up a package of 3"Rage Craws, for jig trailers, 2hours ago.
I'm talking about the rabid craws. I'm sorry . mind was in 2 places at once as usual. Had my granddaughter talking to me at the same time.

No problem Rob, there's days I wish my mind was in ONLY 2 places at once.
