I plan on fishing millerton lake this Saturday with my sweetheart. Any advice or tips I would appreciate. I plan on bank fishing if you know of any spot that will produce this time of year. Thank all of you in advance I have gathered useful info from you guys in the past. I'm new to fishing and enjoy it a lot.

El nano84: Sorry, I don't even know wherfe Millerton Lake is, but I suggest you go to Google, or Bing and look at their report. Most lakes and streams have some kind of state game and fish report, it may be monthly, or such, but is a good guide for what to expect.
If cash is no object, I suggest further you look to hire a guide for 1/2 day. They will put you on the fish and are full of local knowledge. You wont be sorry for this investment. Just Sayin...RJS
