Electric motor good for walleye, move slow, fish just off the bottom. Get a good depth finder, look for low spots.

I have heard Mc Nary above the dam was good, There must be a boat launch somewhere around there. IU go to the Tri Cities fairly often, so will have to venture down, ask questions, and give it a try. Thanks! HardyOne

I did buy a Electric motor, but my depth sounder does not seem to pick up fish, just depth. Tried fussing with it, with little results. Prob. needs to be the next purchase. Thanks for the advice. HardyOne.

Good boat launch above McCarty on wa side. Also below dam on wa side. Use google maps. Find eddys look for bottom, up one crank. Be patient use life jackets

Yea, you are right. Warmer sounds good. I most likely will give it a try late April or early May on my way to Roosevelt. HardyOne

Dakoda(Russ), Where do you live in Cle Elum. I stop at The Safeway store and the little meat market down town about every time I go thru there. Years ago, I use to go Snowmobiling out of Cle E lum. I really like that area. Almost bought a place there back in the early 60"s Hardyone (Dale)
