Mid to North Sabine Lake Fishing-Texas

Looking for some good tips to fishing this area from around the rainbow bridge north to around 3-Bayou south. I have been fishing the rivers and lakes of southeast Texas my entire life, but am just getting into really looking for, and catching Reds, Specs, and Flounder.

I mention these areas only because I fished them a little this past summer. I was starting to locate some decent Reds until Hurricane Laura hit and destroyed my home. 2-months later, some crack head decided he needed my boat more than I did and stole it right out of my car port.

I have recently purchased another boat and I'm ready to get back on the water. Any help or advise as to the when, where and how would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to resubmit this in a month or so after this chaos is over, a lot without power over that way and they will be trying to sort themselves out.

Try the area around where the power generating plant is. Probably an outfall there. I think it’s called Bessie Heights... My 2cents
