So I have a spinning setup that I will use for crank baits , jerkbaits, and jigging, and live bait.

target species are in order stating with most targeted: Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Common Carp, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass

I have made the decision to throw copolymer because of the versatility and success it has had for me But can’t decide is I should use 10lbs breaking strength or 12 lbs breaking strength any suggestions

What is your rod rated for? I usually find that rods perform best with a line roughly in the middle of the rated sizes.
There's not much difference between 10lb and 12lb, maybe.001 difference in diameter.

Try each on your set up and see which one works the best. Then set drag accordingly. Mine do not work well over 10lbs.

I’m not a fan of co poly even a little bit. Stiffness and memory but that’s just me
On a spinning set up, smaller (10) is gonna behave a lot better.
As for break strength , for the species you listed, 10 will be plenty.
Except for the pike , they will bust 10 and 12 at about the same rate. You won’t see much in the way of pike cut resistance until you get up to around 80. Even then it’s not guaranteed
If you have a lot of pike or are targeting pike. Use wire leader and or another rod/ reel

There is little difference between 12lb or 10lb. Use the strongest line you can that does not affect fish strikes.
