What kinda light is this. Are they any count. How long will they burn on a tank. What kinda do you use. Unscramble this and they work great on a jig head.

The Coleman lantern isn't near as much fun to use as the old white gas ones. Those mantles are still one of the most fragile things on earth.

I suppose these are much more efficient and accident proof but I liked the old ones that you had to fill with white gas and dodge when it hung from the ridge pole of the tent. Great camp light. Keep those brain cells lubed up Larry, you're doing good.....

Not sure how long they last on a 1lb tank, though. Never timed it.

The double mantle will run 4 hours on one of the tanks. Like the old pump up would go 4 hours then run out of air and you had to pump it up again for the last 4 hours before having to refill it.

You’ve done way too much camping to know that much about lanterns. Lol.

My family camped for two weeks every summer when I was a kid. That whitegas lantern was our only light and if the campstove broke we'd have been cooking on an open fire.

Propane lantern; length of duration - depending on setting, Coleman-brand lanterns will last from 14 hours on low to 7 hours on high with one-pound can of propane ! The word jumble is 'paddle-tail', and YES ! - they ARE great jig-tippers/bait !

WOW! Talk about Coleman lanterns, and stoves, and catalytic heaters sure brings a lot of good-times memories! All of mine are the white gas burners.
