Hello everyone thanks for your sympathy and thoughts I appreciate appreciate them all I'm getting better but man you see the bruise it's like two giant watermelons one on my side and one on my hip because of the freak snowstorm that I brought with me from California we're all bound in the hospital I have no place to go they're keeping me here because there's no motels open has no power wow I brought an Arctic Blast from it's like one and a hundred year cold temperatures below zero come on man this is Texas well hopefully the bass will be sleeping until it's time will enough to go after them and looks like that might happen everybody seems to be really friendly and the motel that I fell at is holding my room at no charge for me so when I come back I can get all my stuff and go on with life and in my new house and the boat ramp is 3 miles from my house so it's about 3 or 4 minutes and I'm on the water he ha hopefully soon I'll be showing pics of some nice bass they probably don't use Whopper ploppers here very much but I'm going to use them in California the lakes are mostly Rocky shorelines and and cliffs and drop offs in Flats not a lot of structure man when you look at some of these lakes here looks like you're in Florida trees and grass and lily pads and little bass and boat docks and boy I'm going to have fun thanks again for your support and prayers I think I got a lot better with some help so in those friendly people helping me and I'm thinking I really like Texas thanks you guys I appreciate everything and that legal advice about suing that to I may not Sue because it's probably my fault too

Hey Mitch. Glad you're getting better. Won't be long till you'll be able to get on the water. Until then just take it easy and get better. The fish won't be too active for awhile yet. It's way to cold for those Texas bass. They don't know what's goin on. They're probly sayin," WTF".

Mitch fish: Most personal injury attorneys don't charge until there is a settlement, 30% is normal after you win. No win is no charge. Take a couple of photos of the injuries and hang on to the medical reports.
