Transfer the contents into another resealable container?

No. Tbey always leak. The only way I have been able to prevent fluid loss is to put them in another container. I had a sauerkraut jar that I had just emptied so I put all my different packs of curly tails into the one jar, including all the fluid. I've had them in there for four years just adding the packs of different colors as I use them up. I just carry the whole jar in my gear and put what I need for the day in a snack size ziplock. If there's any left over I replace them in the jar.

That's a good idea. It seems like most stuff like that always leaks out everywhere

I don't think that really want you to gave that liquid. They don't sell it as a refill and they kept the amount in the packets small. Only way to get any quantity is to but the larger jars.

I found that if you don't fully remove the seal under the cover on leave it partially attached to the container, that they do not leak. If put in a larger container, you can buy the Gulp Renew in 8 ounce bottles and cover your baits.

Hey, That seal idea is super. They don't leak with the seal on so it makes sense to reuse the seal. Thanks a lot.

Plano Liqui-bait container. $7.00 online at Tackle Warehouse. Impervious to Gulp juice. Wide mouth screw top, comes with mini-tongs.

I have also used the Plano container - it works VERY well, and the min-tongs are nice.

It is inexpensive and works as advertised.

Thanks for sharing. Ordered my Plano from Amazon. It was a couple dollars cheaper than tackle warehouse once I added shipping. Also 1 day delivery

Plano makes waterproof stowaways the 3400 series I keep my Gulp in those they don't leak and you can put a couple packs in one. They aren't very expensive on Amazon and I have 3 of them with bait split up between them better than that horrible smell after the original stuff leaked.

I agree with not taking off the plastic seal. When new, I cut a small one inch slice in the very center of the plastic and use needle nose to get out a bait. I also put the bait jar in a zip lock plastic bag.
