This item is a special kind of bobber. It is NOT for trolling although it looks a lot like a trolling diver. When you jerk the line it will dive straight down about 4 feet and plane away from you. It will surface about 6 feet away from you. This allows you to work a trailing lure under low branches or docks. Mine is cracked and leaks. Anyone know the name or maker? Or where I can find one? This one is cracked and doesn't glue well.

Use silica rubber, bathtub seal, when it's dry and empty.

You are The Man Charly. That is the one I remember from the Sports Shows. Cast it out with your bait, give it a tug about a foot below the surface, open your bail, and it will resurface about 2-3ā€™ further away taking your bait with it. I saw it demonstrated in a water trough and it was pretty impressive. I just never ā€œpulled the triggerā€.

I've never seen one. I have a plastic welder that would probably fix the problem. I'd try that Phil Swift stuff he advertises on TV. It'll patch a broken heart.
