I came across a 13 ft inflatable kayak on sale for 40$ so I just couldnt pass it up. It breaks down into a bag and i can put it in the trunk of my wifes car if needed. Anyone have anything good or bad about these? Can i fish from it? Ive yet to put it on the water mainly because I still need a life jacket and a paddle.
You didn't give any details but I'd be a little leery of a $40 inflatable.

Yeah, a lot of inflatables and sharp hooks don't work well together.
Maybe it is just a knee jerk reaction, but inflatable boats and fish hooks would make me a little nervous.
I have had a few inflatables and to me they all become a pain in the butt.

I have a 12ft inflatable boat, wider and more comfortable than a kayak. Need to be careful of ANYTHING sharp, I've been very careful of hooks and fish spikes and no problems so far
Make sure it's inflated properly. If the don't have the correct PSI you will have problems. There should be a label on it somewhere telling you the weight limits and inflation instructions. What the heck. $40? Enjoy.
got a blowup kayak for the gks couple years ago
very stable even for little ones jumping around in it
also very heavy [its a real kayak not a kiddy toy]
also very slow and cumbersome in and out of the water
we go to a beach in a shallow cove and the kids have a blast with it
removable skeg, seats 2 adults does alright if your not going to far or against wind and current. for small lake or pond its ok but you still have to inflate and mine weighs more than 2 regular kayaks. any questions let me know
Look up Yakgear for 3M adhesive attachments for interchangeable options (pole holders, cleats, etc.). Check out YouTube videos of other people using them in various ways.

My wife bought one because she thought it would be easier for her to load in a vehicle and kayak to her hearts content. Perhaps some people like them but hers got used twice, the second time was to tow a dog behind another kayak. They do not maneuver or glide anything like a real kayak so me thinks you will be disappointed, even for $40. My wife was disappointed for about $200 as I recall. Sigh.
