Hello I love to fish but since the drought it's been hard to find a good lake to fish ..I live Lancaster cal / little Rock California my favorite place dryed up it is a natural lake will fill back up just not sure when... lake Elizabeth Lake caught so many rainbow trout ..so now I'm looking for new spot I have been fishing the auqduct when I can / not working and I've done ok lots of catfish and a few stripper .I'm planning on going to the derby in Kern Isabella been to four of there derby won 20 bucks years back when they tag them it was the best way to have derby was simple catch a tag fish on 1 of the 3 derby days and you won the money that the tag was for mine was only a 20 dollar tag but sure was fun seeing I got a fish and it tag you just never now they don't tag fish for derby any more ..big mistake I think just not as fun now it's all confusing any ways yep I'm going on Fri and fishing the three days of derby ..if any one has any tips on Isabella please let me now lol lol
