Didn't go to Toledo last year because of Covid. Went 3 years in a row before that. Went last week of March. Each time different, but always had some prespawn, on beds, and a few post spawn. Great place to fish. Don't let the largeness of it spook you. Get a good map and pick an area you like and learn it. We stayed at Harbor Light near Hemphill,TX. Very nice people and accommodations at a good price with boat ramp right at motel. Another good area is in the Indiana Mounds State park. Short drive from motel and has a lot of fish. Two places to be sure and eat. Rib place just south of motel and Mexican place in Hemphill. If Covid will let us going again this year.
