There are nearly 30000 members on here and most of them, if not all, haven't a clue where skinner is. I know of skinner reservoir in Southern California, it's at about 1500 feet elevation and I seriously doubt if it ever gets ice on it. Tell us where you're at Roger. And welcome to the stage!
