What should i do to make this baitcast reel great again.
Do you have an automotive parts washer? That and then some new grease would be my guess.

I don’t really have one, I can’t even find a good schematics or size of drag washer online for this reel. (Shinju kumonryu baitcast).

A little lye might strip off of the corrosion, if you are lucky it's still solid enough underneath to use.

Hmmm, maybe time for a new one and let this one have a well deserved rest?
soak in showerhead cleaner? I m not sure.
What brand of reel is it?
I reread your post and seen the brand. I don't believe outdoor world will clean and repair these but you could call and ask them. They do a great job on the ones they do work on.
I don't know where you live, but in some locations, there are fishing tackle repair places, ( rod and reels ) Perhaps if you visit some local fish bait retailer, they can offer some suggestions on where you can get the help you need. Some sporting goods retailers also might offer repairs.
Go online and check for reel repair and see if they will repair it or have parts. Best bet go buy a new reel.
Spend $50.00 dollars and buy a new reel. In the meantime, soak present reel in some in some shower cleaner and use it for parts or parts.
