Back on November 9 2020 I was sent an email advertisement for reels and poles at a very nice price. Well I ordered two 13 inception reels and 3 poles. I received a confirmation email a few minutes later with an order number but have yet to receive anything else, that includes the reels or poles!
What I’m wondering is if anyone else is having this problem or have heard anything else about them?

Welcome Rowdy. I believe that is one of the sties that is runnin a scam on some of the guys on here. I don't know for sure but it seems like we've had this conservation on here before about that site.

I look for deals on fishing gear all the time. Just yesterday on "fakebook" I mean Facebook. There was a $1000 depth finder (new) on a web site for $79. Found a boat on craigslist. It was 4 yrs old with a 150hp on it $1450. Could have been a miss print but the price was listed 3 times. Sent them a reply that I had the cash. No reply yet.
This is my rule of thumb. If it sounds to good to be true. It probably is.
I do hope you can get your money back. My wife works at a bank and works on cc purchases all the time. She has pretty good success with getting peoples money back. Good luck.

I ordered 3 bait casters about a year ago. Here again a deal so good I couldn't believe it. Well after several months they finally came in. I kept sending e-mails about their arrival and always got a quick response. Only problem it was in Chinese. And to top it off they were not the reels I ordered and are trash. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Will not happen again. Order from well known distributers.

I saw this on ad on Facebook. This company, Fishing Care Package has too many complaints on Facebook. Should have done your diligent homework on any company before ordering anything from any Media Sources. Hope you have ordered it on your credit card then simply contact the bank credit card and dispute the charges and explain why... I hope this helps you and good luck with it!

Yes you’re right Saw. Someone else made an expensive order and never received anything. I think I remember it was a $300 dollar order. Sorry Rowdy.

Unfortunately it's not just the newbies that get taken advantage of by some of these scams.

I seen plenty of deals to good to be true on Craigslist. Usually the reply gmail address has a girls name in it. Go figure!!
