Frank’s tract is near Antioch California or Brentwood it’s in the delta great fishing grounds lots of sloughs and small islands: you can catch stripers, and strippers late evening in clubs catfish black bass crappie perch and salmon also sturgeon plus other fish hundreds of miles of waterway

Well Chill, thanks for the clarification(and of course, I would be remiss, if I didn't say..."bit of difference between "tracks" & "tracts", 'eh ?)....... pretty esoteric spot there, I'd say ?
Curious about the " hundreds of miles" thing. Gonna have to Google it.
