i order from them all the time i have ordered two rods one when pandemic started took a lil while couple of weeks and another rod bout a month ago came in about 8 days both came in hard cardboard tubes, and the rods were perfect the eyes were straight . tackle warehouse is a great order away.

I was just spoiled I guess, before they got too big on the west coast here we had what we ordered in two days, great service. Now they have grown so large I spoken with them and now it’s four days just to process your order before they start pulling it for shipping, so now I just need to plan ahead if I need something by a certain date, they carry about anything you could want

When I ordered an Item and they send the wrong one they won't take it back. That's why I chose not to buy from them.
