Multi-purpose tool. They are now sold with a bowl with a matching radius for chopping herbs and veggies. I still kick myself for not bringing one back with me from AK as they were $5 each. 🤦🏼♂️

I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond, you can probably get one at any store that sells good kitchen knives
