Multi-purpose tool. They are now sold with a bowl with a matching radius for chopping herbs and veggies. I still kick myself for not bringing one back with me from AK as they were $5 each. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond, you can probably get one at any store that sells good kitchen knives

I've never used one but that gal on that video she's has quite a bit I'd say

She is fast.

I have watched several videos on how they make them out of old handsaw blades.
