I know several people who fish for stripers. Both the little guys in the rivers and the big ones off shore. The inshore, river, stripers sound to be the easy ones to catch if they’re there and hungry. The big boys off shore are a little bigger challenge. I’ve got a friend/ client from California that consistently catches 50 stripers a day out of some of the rivers down there. Big ones being around 4 or 5 pounds and he says if they’re hungry you can load up on em. If they’re not don’t waste your time. Saw1 would be a good source of info on the little river stripers. He’s catches a truck load every year in California.
