Pork Butt

Put on a butt this morning. Snowy dreary day.
Injected and marinated in Wickers marinade. Yum
Saw it on Guy Fieri show. Haven’t had wickers in over 30 years. Ordered on amazon. I’ll take it off about 7:00 tonite

Yum! haven't done one in 20 years, used to do a Jamaican thing with Naranja. Got the recipe from an island buddy of mine (Ron) We'd do 4 or 5 for the annual August bash back in the 70's.

I got this one for $0.99 a pound.
Just befor New Years.
I’ve always wanted to set up a smoker at a Browns or Bengals tailgate and sell sandwiches for $5.00 a pop.
The smell would draw customers from a hundred yards
I like to toast buns , load em with chopped pork , add a layer of thin sliced cabbage and top it with a 50-50 mix of cider vinegar and franks red hot.
Bar b q chips and a cold beer. Nothin better.

That sounds delicious Ben. I do an injection marinade too but I also put a dry rub on it. And I put a big pile of coleslaw on it too when it hits the bun. 😋😋

I don’t know why it’s called a butt when it’s actually the shoulder.
