Well,,,,,,,, our reservations at the condo starts on 01/08/21. We have a son down in the San Antonio, TX. area, that thinks he may have covid and was tested on 12/31, but he hasn't received the test results back yet. If he is positive we will leave the 6th, if he is negative, we will leave tomorrow and spend a couple of days with him. It's a good 2 1/2 day shot from here. 1550 miles and 25 hrs windshield time.

Good morning everyone. 8* here going to 40 today. Snowpack is way ,ow in the mountains, only 69% of normal. I went and looked at the big lake yesterday, it's not very big right now. It's been drawn down to minimum pool so it looks like the farmers and ranchers are headed for a bad year unless we get some serious moisture. Food don't grow where water don't flow.

Things went well yesterday. Deposit in hand, Sales Agreement signed, and paperwork is off to attorney tomrrow morning. Took the flatbed trailer with us yesterday and brought my skid loader and golf cart home as well as several other things. Next weekend, we'll take the box truck and load up all of the smaller personal things and should be finished up. I got a laugh when a neighbor asked why we were selling. I just told him that taking care of the place was getting in the way of fishing!!
