My wife is starting to cook a traditional new years dinner. Corned beef, cabbage and black eye peas.
Cabbage for money, black eye peas for health and I guess the corned beef just because it's good.

I love pork loin with sauerkraut, we had a turkey dinner with all the sides and some cheesecake and tiramisu

Seafood has been our tradition for years on New Year’s Eve. Didn’t do it this year
Best part was waking up early New Year’s Day picking leftover crab , clams and shrimp
Putting this on scrambled eggs and topping with holandaise sauce.
