Hello all My friends call me JD most of the time. I live near Charlottesville va. I love taking my grandchildren fishing. I have a 20’ Sunbird Neptune.
We have fished lake Anna for stripers and out of the Smith point jetty in Reedville also targeting rockfish flounder and specs. We haven’t been able to to do much fishing lately mainly because of covid and all.
I am hoping things will change by this early summer and we can get the Team Neptune back in the water.
I am planning to fish the chincoteague Bay Area for a couple days sometime this coming June. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks JD

A fellow Commonwealther here.
It's been a while since I fished Lake Anna with my kayak and Jon boat out of the State Park there.
I think I also fished from Christopher Run Campground.
I've Been to Green Mountain Lake I think it was called with a friend from Ruckersville.
And Fished the Maury and for Trout out there in Albemarle county.
Beautiful country out there in Charlottesville
