K9. My advice is to head south untill the road ends. That would be the warm gulf of mexico. Then I could help you. If not take your gun and shoot some pheasants or ducks. Just kidding. Welcome to the forum and I wish I could help you but never been there YET. Good luck with your trip.Gordon

Welcome to the stage and yes I would definitely take some warm clothing but other than that I've never fished there.
