Get up knuckleheads. It's Tuesday. My 2 year old refrigerator died yesterday. Merry Christmas. Trying to get a repair guy out before everything thaws out.
Low 40s here today. Some sun.

Light travels faster than sound, which is why some people appear bright until you talk to them.

Get up OZ and all other angling humanoids. Stay safe. Stay healthy. Don't ask too many questions. Expect little from people, you are seldom disappointed.

Btw, there are exceptions. FS members go beyond my expectations.

Good Mornin', G Man, Doug, Able, and we are even blessed with the presents of the Weekend Hooker this morning, as well as a new dude, BJ. Good Mornin' to all of those who follow. 15* now, 25* later, little wind, no snow, I can live with this. How are you fella's coming on the Eastern side of the US?

Have a good one gals and gals. So glad to have the Hooker with us this morning, she brightens my day.

Mornin’ Greg,
Sorry about the freezer!
Been there...done that with ours about 2 years ago. It went out, we called the kids for space in theirs, plus their In-laws, then did a Chinese Fire Drill with coolers of frozen meat trying to save it. Had the unit repaired, got it up and running, and retraced our steps recollecting it all. We lost only a minor amount UNTIL it went again 2 days later as the repairman nicked the coolant line during the first repair. That took care of the rest of the meat, fish, poultry and veggies. We lost about $500 worth of food.
Good luck with yours as I hope your repair goes better!

Good morning everyone, in the 30s today, starting a cold week, was supposed to go fishing today but couldn't get bait last night, all the bait shops closed early and open too late in the winter, what a bummer, anyway have a great day and stay safe

Morning Fly, and all of the other early risers. Weather picture going to be interesting. Right now the forecast is for about 5 inches, but remember that offshore factor I mentioned. If the storm moves off the coast 5 or 10 miles that could go to a foot or more very quickly. The forecasters on TV love to milk these storms for something to talk about. Bottom line, we have a storm coming, gale force winds temps at 40 now heading for 26 and depending on the track if the storm anywhere from a few inches of snow turning to rain to 2 feet of snow. That's east coast winter for you.

If I fire 5 or 6 shots into my fridge with a .357 magnum today, does that qualify as goofy or crazy?

But Greg, it's only two years old, it should only take one shot. I suppose the warranty is only for one year? It could be five years, better check.

I bought a 2 year warranty. Ran out in July. Btw, the other 4 or 5 shots is part of my anger management therapy.
